How much does a marketing agency cost in Miami?

A plain-English breakdown of what Miami businesses can expect to pay for social media, content, web and SEO — and what actually drives the price up or down.

What most Miami agencies actually charge

Here is the honest range, because most agency sites hide it. A solo freelancer in Miami runs roughly $1,000 to $2,000 a month and usually covers one thing well — social, or ads, or a website — but not all of it. A small agency package (social media management, light SEO, a bit of content) typically starts around $1,500 to $3,000 a month. A full-service program with content, SEO, paid ads and reporting usually lands between $2,500 and $10,000 a month depending on volume.

Above that sits the fractional CMO: a part-time senior marketer who sets strategy but does not do the hands-on work. In Miami that runs $5,000 to $20,000 a month, and you still need someone to execute. For comparison, hiring one in-house marketer costs $60,000 to $90,000 a year in salary alone, before tools, benefits and the risk of a bad hire.

The sticker price rarely tells the whole story. A $1,500 package that ships twelve generic posts and books you nothing is more expensive than a $3,000 one that actually fills your calendar. Price per post is the wrong number. Price per booked customer is the right one.

What changes the price

Scope is the biggest lever. "Manage my Instagram" and "be my whole marketing department" are different jobs with different price tags. The more of the stack one team owns — social, content, brand, website, SEO, email, reporting — the more it costs, but the less falls through the cracks between separate vendors.

After scope: content volume (four posts a month versus twenty), whether paid ad management is included (and whether ad spend is separate — it almost always is), and how much strategy you need versus pure execution. In Miami, bilingual English and Spanish work is often a real cost factor too, since a lot of audiences expect both.

The thing that quietly drives price up the most is churn and rework — agencies that need three rounds of approval on everything, or that you have to manage like an employee. The point of paying an agency is to get the work off your plate, not to add a project to it.

What to ask before you sign anything

Ask what counts as a result. If the answer is "posts delivered" or "impressions," keep looking. You want someone who talks about booked calls, leads and customers. Ask to see the report you would actually get each month, not a sample dashboard.

Ask about lock-in. Long twelve-month contracts protect the agency, not you. A month-to-month arrangement, or a short initial period you can cancel after, keeps them earning your business every month. Ask what is included versus billed extra — ad spend, stock assets, extra revisions, "strategy calls" — so the real number is clear before you commit.

Finally, ask who actually does the work. At a lot of agencies the person who sells you is not the person who runs your account. With a smaller, founder-led team, the person you talk to is the person doing it.

Where Vinzue fits

We built Vinzue a little differently, so we will not hand you a rate card here. The honest answer to "what does it cost" is "let’s talk about your business first." Marketing is the work we care about most — it is our craft, and the only thing we want to be judged on is whether we actually deliver for you. We would rather earn a founder’s trust than squeeze a contract out of them.

That is also why we stay flexible. If you are a founder just getting going, we start where your budget is comfortable and build from there. You are not forced into a package that assumes you are bigger than you are. We would rather get you results you can feel first, then grow the work as the business grows.

A real example: we started with a local law firm on a modest budget they set themselves — just what they were comfortable spending to see if we were worth it. A few months in, they had seen enough of the work that the conversation changed on its own. They were not looking for the cheapest option anymore; they were glad to invest in the expertise because it was paying off. That is how we like it to go — the price follows the results, not the other way around.

So if you want a number before anything else, we are probably not the fastest fit, and that is fine. But if you want a marketing team that treats your business like its own and earns its keep every month, book a free 30-minute call. We will look at where you are and tell you honestly what we would do first — no pressure, no deck.
